I primarily use EMDR, self-compassion skills, and cognitive behavioral skills to assist my clients in the therapeutic process.
I have over 15 years of experience empowering clients to create meaning in their lives, increase resiliency, become more self-accepting, and move past their trauma. My specialties are in assisting individuals who are struggling with traumatic experiences, past abuse, anxiety, depression, life transitions, developmental trauma, and relational problems.
