Trauma, human emotions, addictions, and relationships can be very overwhelming to manage. The populations of clients I have served are adults experiencing addictions, relationship and attachment problems, and teens struggling with anger and low self-esteem. I use various approaches in my practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
