I am a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 20 years of experience working with individuals who are facing significant life changes, depression, anxiety or behaviors that might be impacting their overall well-being and that of their loved ones. I have a particular interest in helping those learning to cope with chronic illness, end-of-life and anticipatory grief, and bereavement issues.
My approach with clients is compassionate, practical and resolution focused. I aim to provide a calming, judgement-free space for you to reflect, process and identify barriers to a more fulfilling experience of daily life. My training in a range of treatment models will allow us to utilize both our strengths to develop a tailored plan to address your goals.
