Hello and welcome! I am deeply committed to creating a gentle, compassionate space for individuals who have endured complex trauma, C-PTSD, childhood/adolescent trauma, abuse, and neglect and are struggling with self-worth, self-esteem, and relationship issues. Your “negative” or painful emotions are valid and may be a response to unprocessed traumatic experiences. You’ve been in survival mode for years and realized at some point you’d like to feel differently about yourself and your life. Together, we can find enough relief, insight, awareness, and empowerment to untangle yourself from trauma and begin living your life on purpose.
Using trauma-informed and mind-body techniques, I will help you pause your inner critic, harness your strengths, and manage complex trauma symptoms. I will also consider how the world outside of you impacts you; as a second-gen Asian, queer, and neurodivergent woman, I understand how intersecting identities and unjust societal norms impact your well-being.
My specialties include: Complex PTSD and Trauma • Childhood Trauma • Identity Exploration • Insecure Attachments • Intergenerational Trauma • Neurodivergence • Relationship Conflict • Sexual Trauma. I am also experienced with anxiety, depression, disability, faith transitions, grief, self-harm, and suicidality. I look forward to connecting with you!
