Hi! Raise your hand if life has ever felt too chaotic, stressful, unbearable, lonely, or confusing? (My hand’s raised!) We all experience times when life feels overwhelming and we don’t have to get through it alone. I offer a warm and lighthearted space for you to feel comfortable expressing your truest self, capable of overcoming your biggest struggles and fears, and safe to explore your greatest hopes.
Grief shows up in evident and lesser known ways in our lives - from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, changes in identity and friendships, missed opportunities, pet loss, to unrealized dreams and more. I work with individuals to uncover and normalize the impacts of loss, and invite them into finding ways to be with and move through grief.
I also support people struggling with self-worth, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. This includes high schoolers who want to feel more confident in their own skin, college students and young adults who are on a journey of self-discovery, and individuals who want to feel more grounded in themselves and connected within relationships.
