I can help by providing a space in which you can express yourself freely. In my experience, opening up emotionally to access the core of pain is where lasting, transformative change takes place. Thus, I am committed to providing an environment in which you feel free to express your feelings, no matter how difficult, in order to lead a fuller, richer life.
I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and recovery from trauma or abuse. I also work with many individuals who are having trouble adjusting to significant life stressors, such as divorce, loss of a loved one, employment stress, or parenting concerns.
I have a passion for supporting military veterans, college students, and parents. I am an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas and a certified clinical supervisor through the MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy.
