I'd like to get to know all about your health and history first. Then we'll use Cognitive Behavioral techniques to teach new ways of thinking and behaving. And we can add art/play therapy techniques or faith-based coping. Also, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an eye movement treatment, is extremely effective.
