I work from a strength-based approach and believe all people already have everything they need already inside of them. I am passionate about working with people who are ready to take steps forward in their journey to heal. I work well with clients who are interested in getting curious about themselves and the way they move through the world. All my clients get to decide for themselves what they want out of this connection and what they want to work on. I am here to walk alongside you on our path to healing.
I can provide a safe environment for you to share and express yourself. My specialties are anxiety, depression, stress, self-compassion, coping skills, and emotion regulation. For families, I am trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to help reduce behaviors/anxiety in children ages 3 to 6 1/2.
As a member of the Great Lakes Psychology Group network, I have a team standing by Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Eastern available to help schedule an appointment and answer billing and insurance questions.
