I utilize an integrative approach that combines humanistic, existential, and narrative exploration with ACT and other evidence-based approaches and protocols to empower clients to more fully meet life's challenges and move toward their fullest potential.
I have experience with military/veteran populations and understand the unique challenges that military life poses to servicemembers and their families.
