Whether you are seeking therapy out of a desire for healing, self-care, self-improvement, or self-discovery, together we will sort through where you're at in life and what you want going forward. Our work together will be tailored to you and your unique self. Using holistic, mind-body-spirit skills coupled with clinical technique, my focus is to help you navigate life and connect with your inner self while also processing your challenges through a lens of curiosity, compassion and non-judgment.
I specialize in working with women and non-binary individuals who want to heal trauma, and who want to explore self-esteem, boundaries, relationships, intuition, and overall life purpose. Additionally, those who identify as "spiritual but not religious." With both humor and discipline, together we will transform your challenges into opportunities for growth.
