I work with individuals, couples and families struggling with a variety of challenges including emotional disconnection, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss and life transitions. I am the parent of two young adults and I understand the challenges of parenting. I believe that change can only occur when a person feels safe and supported. I strive to create a trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients, where together we can process issues, find solutions and feel stronger emotional connections.
For individuals I can offer a safe and warm environment in which to explore areas of pain that make all aspects of life difficult. I can lend support to parents of young children to young adults. In my work with couples and families, we work toward having vulnerable conversations that lead to feeling emotionally close and secure.
