I work to help clients ease the distressing whole-body and life-disrupting symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. My therapeutic approach weaves together evidence-based treatment modalities and the warmth of safe, genuine connection. I believe that sound health practices such as attuning to the body and connecting with the natural world are inseparable from healing. Together, we will work to nourish your strength, intuition, and sense of meaning.
I named my practice "Verdant" because it means green, bright, alive, like new leaves in springtime. This reminds me that there is life and hope even when the world feels frigid and dark. I believe that the same is true for human beings, and often think of this quote: "In the depths of winter, I finally learned that within me there lay an invincible summer."
