I am a licensed clinical social worker, registered yoga teacher and EMDR therapist specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and trauma. My primary approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based, person-centered theories with an emphasis on building trust, acceptance, purpose, and meaning. I use trauma-informed approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness Based techniques to support healing from trauma, with a focus on integrating body and mind.
