I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, addiction issues such as alcoholism, drug use, eating disorders... and personality disorders derived from trauma. I work from a holistic approach using a variety of modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, Art Therapy, and dietary recommendations through the practice of Ayurveda.
In addition to being a Mental Health Counselor I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. I use all these modalities to treat clients from a holistic perspective.
