In therapy we can work together to peel back the layers, take a closer look at your challenges, past or present, become rooted in who you are and the strengths you have so you can rise above and live a life you love.

I have specialized training and experience with children and use the power of play to make therapy developmentally appropriate. I also work with adults with anxiety and stress, and have experience supporting parents with postpartum mood and anxiety challenges. I enjoy supporting the unique needs of people who identify as a highly sensitive person (HSP).
