As we build a trusting, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship, we’ll work together to identify concrete goals and utilize evidence-based practices to achieve them.
I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression in children and adults, as well as behavioral challenges experienced in children and families. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, and utilize many approaches, including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices, among others.
Every client is unique, and as such, every therapeutic relationship is different. I’ll work with you to individualize your experience in therapy based on what works best for you and what you prefer.
