Do you struggle with a lack of confidence, perfectionism, distrust in relationships, setting boundaries, and/or a sense of belonging? If so, I can help. I am passionate about helping people have more integrous, authentic relationships with self and others. I believe that humans have an inherent drive toward health, but sometimes get stuck due to attachment wounds, trauma, and/or stressors from our modern society. I work with men and women who want to rediscover their wisdom and resiliency within, so that they can go through life more grounded and connected.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative within the framework of Gestalt therapy, Polyvagal theory (autonomic nervous system), Transpersonal psychology, mindfulness, and EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing). Our work will be relational, experiential, and somatic, with aspects of psychoeducation and talk therapy.
I partner with nature and horses in therapy so that my clients can experience healthy relationship in a nonjudgemental environment.
