My name is Sarah Beck and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California and working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work with adults of all ages and specialize in mood and stress disorders, as well as substance use, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to assist clients in reaching their goals.
My approach to setting goals with clients includes taking time to get to know one another and build trust while working together to identify and prioritize goals. We will continue to assess and track progress as we move forward. I encourage my clients to share how they are feeling about the process at any time.
