My approach is warm and encouraging, and I primarily work from a psychodynamic perspective, though I bring in elements of many theories. I work with a wide variety of issues and themes, but I am particularly drawn to those exploring anxiety, grief, life transitions, and identity. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirmative and non-monogamy informed.
