I use a person-centered approach which means I meet clients where they are and assess their needs rather than using a cookie-cutter technique or curriculum. I use primarily CBT therapy techniques, but I tailor it to your needs. Goal-setting is collaborative and includes short-term and long-term goals. Specialty areas include: women’s issues, anxiety, self-esteem, family/marital issues, stress management, and grief and loss.
