I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Self-Regulation Techniques, amongst others including Brainspotting, to provide you with an opportunity to identify your emotions, your struggles, and your goals.
As a therapist, I strive to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental space for individuals to process their concerns, goals, and experiences. I work hard to provide compassionate and empathetic responses that will help individuals explore, grow, and feel that their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs are validated, heard, and respected.
