I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Supervisor and Qualified Mental Health Professional. Starting therapy can be scary and hard, but my hope is to empower my clients to learn the skills to cope and navigate their own ship. While I have the ability to work competently with people of all ages, my specialties are pediatrics, adolescents, and young adults, Utilizing play and expressive arts is something I love to incorporate into my sessions. I utilize an array of therapeutic modalities such as Person/Client Centered, Solution Focused, Strengths Based, and DBT. Our mind’s are resilient and I believe that we as humans have the ability to continue to learn and grow.
