It supports those looking to set and reach goals, enhance their current situation, and create positive transformation in their lives. Therapy can help identify what the life we want looks like, ways we can grow, and how we can remove or manage roadblocks that may stand in the way of reaching our full potential. As a therapist I strive to create safe space where we are able to explore the difficulties as well as the joys of life and build on the potential that each of us holds.
My extensive training allows me to engage in therapy that is broad and deep. Creating a supportive, non-judgmental relationship where growth can occur is a priority for me. I have experience working with clients who have a variety of presenting concerns. My approach is flexible and client-centered and I integrate multiple evidence based treatments.
I am passionate about working with those experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, grief and stress. I hold a certification in perinatal mental health and work with postpartum depression and anxiety, infertility, childbirth trauma, pregnancy, childbirth, parenting and relationships. I currently work with adults on an individual basis.
