I use a collaborative, client-centered, strength-based approach that allows each person to be able to feel comfortable in their own discovery and journey to well being.
I work with adults and elders and have experience in working with people with anxiety, depression, life adjustments, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, women's issues, stress, recovery from mental illness, and other issues. I use various modalities as a therapist including the creative arts, EMDR and talk therapy.
