Hi! I am a pediatric psychologist specializing in working with children, teens who struggle with a wide range of anxiety disorders (including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, selective mutism). I am experienced in helping children with behavioral and emotion regulation challenges in improving their functioning and better cope with life's events. I also have specialized training in helping medically complicated children thrive with their chronic health conditions. I completed APA-accredited trainings at PGSP-Stanford Consortium, Children's Hospital Orange County, and Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
In my work with children and families, I am compassionate, collaborative, and appropriately playful. I utilize evidence-based treatment that are individualized to the person and family. I am a strong believer in early intervention and prevention, and promotes healthy behavioral choices that make a lasting impact on one's psychological and physical wellbeing.
I am passionate about the work that I do and am always honored to witness one's journey in accessing their resiliency to cope. Please send me a message to schedule a free phone consultation. I look forward to talking to you and the possibility of being able to support you in attaining your therapeutic goals.
