Many of us can relate with feeling overwhelmed by the wide variety of seasons life can often toss our way. We can find ourselves wrestling a variety of complicated emotions; including feeling stuck in our lives, disillusioned by relationships or careers, realizing that previous habits and patterns no longer serve us, reeling from past or present trauma, and experiencing challenging mental health symptoms as a result.
I draw from a variety of treatment modalities; striving to always meet you where are you at, providing holistic care, and honoring your unique culture and worldview. I specialize in harm reduction, trauma recovery, and working with physical illness (chronic/life threatening). My Harm Reduction framework applies to any behavioral patterns that may feel risky.
