I am currently accepting new clients. My work centers on helping clients heal from difficult life experiences and self-defeating beliefs by recognizing personal strengths and developing healthier relationships with others, themselves, their emotions, and their bodies. I focus on creating a strong relationship with each client that centers on authenticity, trust, vulnerability, and compassion.
I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) with a variety of concerns, and particularly work well with clients who are struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, and not feeling good enough. My areas of clinical focus include anxiety, grief & loss, and eating & body image concerns.
