Currently accepting new clients! I use an integrative approach of CBT, DBT, Life Skills and reality testing. Each patient is very individualistic in the approach. Customizing a treatment plan that is inclusive of the patient's goals and needs help to make the patient feel they are included in their process. I love to problem solve and help patient's create the awareness to build up to finding solutions from their problem saturated stories. I meet the patient where they are at and also implement challenges that will produce a level of accountability, free of judgement.
