Hello! I'm Sara Skiles, LCSW, BCD, CCTP. I had the opportunity to undergo extensive training in many modalities such as EMDR, CPT, CBT, IFS, MI, CAMS, etc. That gives you so much room to maneuver and discover the right fit for you. As a veteran who has deployed, I understand how life can be a bit hectic, to say the least. Therapy is a moment in your day to slow down, gain insight, and consider the changes in your life. You matter and are worthy of this investment. Being a LCSW in the U.S. Army, I also supported our combat veterans and emergency responders.
As a certified clinical trauma professional, I amwell-equippedd to facilitate your recovery from traumatic experiences. I also have training and experience supporting women and men experiencing Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, infertility, pregnancy loss, and infant loss. I have a well-rounded background working in agencies related to substance use.
I take an active approach to your care while following your pace. I view our therapeutic relationship as the most important element.
