I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified NLP Practitioner working as a coach and mentor. I own Kala Transpersonal Coaching and work with clients both in-person and virtually. My unique coaching style integrates Gestalt Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Parts Work, Inquiry, Mindfulness, Somatic Work and Non-Violent Communication (NVC).
