I have spent a lot of time working with mood disorders & other mental health concerns. The specialties I work with are trauma & PTSD, postpartum depression & women's sexual health issues. I often do CBT with clients & will pull from other frameworks too.
I have over a decade of experience providing mental health counseling to adolescents, adults, & families & have been in private practice for 10 years. I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker & received my Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University.
