I believe that most of our suffering stems from feeling disconnected, be it from our loved ones, from our communities, or even from ourselves.
I am trained in both talk therapy and creative arts therapies. I also hold a Registered Drama Therapist licensure. I have worked in outpatient clinic settings, schools, hospitals, and private therapy practices with diverse client populations. I am strengths-focused and believe that we each have the capacity for growth, change, and healing.
