I am an LPC with over 17 years of experience. I am licensed in Missouri, Kansas, New Hampshire & Alabama. I am able to treat a variety of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD & I do specialize in eating disorders. I am able to offer a variety of approaches & specialize in CBT, DBT and Intuitive Eating. I offer online: psychotherapy, disordered eating support group, intuitive eating coaching & a 10 week Intuitive Eating course (working on-demand format too). I offer yoga & somatic movement online as well. I take insurance in Alabama.
I can aid in a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma. But I do specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating and Intuitive Eating. I also specialize in DBT. I offer individual therapy, 1:1 Intuitive Eating Coaching, disordered eating support group weekly and a 10 week Intuitive Eating Course (live or pre-recorded).

This group is to repair your relationship with food, yourself and your body. It is an evidenced based treatment to combat eating disorders and disordered eating. It is a 10 week group. It is self-pay. You are GIFTED 3 yoga classes as well. It is all ONLINE. There is other evidenced based treatments integrated in this group. This group will help you combat overeating, emotional eating, binge eating, purging or restricting.
