I am an open and empathic therapist whose style is warm, candid, and collaborative. I treat individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, existential crises, life transitions, chronic illness and grief. The main focus for my therapeutic work is to help you feel more at peace with yourself and in your relationships.

My approach is eclectic and includes elements of interpersonal therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and meaning-centered therapy. I am also a certified yoga teacher and enjoy utilizing mind-body practices in my work. Additionally, I have over a decade of experience working with clients and families at a top 10 NCI-Designated Cancer Center.

No matter the circumstance that brings you to therapy, I believe in the possibility for all individuals to achieve inner peace, clarity, and fulfillment. I will partner with you to develop more useful coping strategies for life's stressors, as well as help you develop a better understanding of yourself and your relationships.
