My goal as a psychologist is to meet my client's individual needs. As a psychologist I strive to develop a collaborative relationship that enables people to create and work towards their goals at a pace sensitive to their problems, resources and readiness for change.
Throughout my career I have worked with adults, adolescents and children who have experienced a wide range of problems. I have particular expertise in the areas of depression, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). My theoretical orientation is integrative, with particular emphasis on humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches.
