We are stronger together! I support children and their families in overcoming behavioral and emotional challenges that drain their energy and time. Through active collaboration, we will find and highlight your strengths to explore new ways of understanding and meeting your family's needs. Please note that I am pregnant and about to start my maternity leave. My due date is July 3, 2024. I am working with clients (and taking new clients) as long as I can until my son is born. I'll go on 6 weeks of maternity leave, and I have plans for all my clients to continue their care during leave. Give me a call, and we can chat more about it.
I specialize in Play Therapy: an approach designed specifically with your child in mind to meet their unique needs. I actively collaborate with parents from the very beginning, because they are the most important people in a child's life! Through a personalized blend of play therapy and family systems support, families can reconnect and find a path forward.
Therapy will focus on finding what works for you and strengthening it. When we find things that keep you from your goals, we’ll find a way to alter or replace them, not shame you for them. My intention is for you to feel capable and empowered after each session. Your individuality will be respected and your vulnerability will be honored.
