I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, but my favorite is Internal Family Systems Therapy. My goal is to help you find validation and compassion within yourself. As of 2023 I no longer see children under the age of 17, however I do love working with parents to help them become therapeutic change-agents in their own homes. .
As a therapist I strive to create an environment in which you can feel safe and encouraged to be your authentic self. It is my experience that once a person has learned to accept each part of themselves as they are now, remarkable growth and healing can occur.
