I specialize in working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, stress, and life changes. I believe that all individuals and families are capable of change and personal growth. I partner with clients to support them as they set and achieve their own goals. Clients most often seek services with me to address sexual abuse/assault, intimate partner abuse, family conflict, separation and loss, secondary trauma, stress, and difficulty coping with stigma, discrimination, and oppression.
I specialize in working with teens and adults. Certified in TF-CBT and CSAYC services. I work with individuals and families who often face discrimination/stigma in healthcare. This practice affirms the following: the LGBTQIA+ community, abortion care, kink, non-monogamy, sex work, fat bodies and anyone who needs a safe place to be who they are.
Please reach out via email or phone call. I will return calls within 48 business hours. I currently have very limited daytime availability only. Due to high call volume, I cannot guarantee that calls inquiring about services in the evening or outside my listed areas of expertise will receive a call back,
