I have worked with all ages with issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, and anger. At the very least, I want you to know that you’re not alone in your struggles. My theoretical orientations are eclectic in nature; I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, as well as Person/Client-Centered Therapy, and . Basically I like to take a look at your thoughts and show you how powerful they are with relation to your feelings and behavior.
