I understand the alluring power of numbing to avoid those pestering feelings of "not being good enough." Working as a collaborator in your healing, I can help you reach a place where you realize you always had the power, you just needed to learn it for yourself.

My practice is open to all, but my specialty is working with creative professionals, and those in queer and TGNC communities. I also specialize in substance use, EMDR, and ongoing psychodynamic relational therapy.
