I believe in the healing power of relationships because humans are innately wired for connection. Relationships, past experiences, and cultural contexts interact to shape our worldview and sense of self. In our work together, I aim to integrate these parts of you in order to help achieve your goals. My clients are often stuck in old patterns that were once adaptive, but are no longer serving them. I honor clients' inner wisdom to free them to find new ways of connecting to themselves and others within the safety of the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create an environment of warmth and compassion where clients feel understood.
I am deeply passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to promote attunement & secure attachment. I offer play therapy and expressive arts tailored to my clients' developmental needs. I also love working with adults on a variety of issues including relationship concerns, anxiety, self-esteem, and perfectionism.

Groups
Middle School Transition Process Group
The transition to middle school can be intimidating. Kids commonly feel a variety of emotions including anxiety, excitement, sadness, and hope for the coming school year. This is a group for any child going into 6th grade who would like support leading up to this transition. This group will include: Socializing with other new soon-to-be middle schoolers, discussing common worries about middle school, processing emotions related to saying goodbye to elementary school, Identifying supports and ways of coping with this transition, and making new friends in a supportive environment with others who know exactly how you feel!
