Welcome! I build therapeutic relationships with my clients which provide a warm, inviting basis for our work together. Using a blend of behavioral health techniques including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology and mindfulness and meditation, I incorporate a variety of techniques into my approach. Our sessions together are goal oriented and individually tailored. In addition to working with individuals, I have a practice working with parents to create a comprehensive, collaborative, team based plan that aligns with the needs of your family.
My approach includes developing and executing a plan for the entire family, putting together a team of providers and resources. Creating an individualized plan based on your goals and help break it down into manageable steps, adjusting along the way as needed. Helping parents build their strengths and learn new skills while receiving the support they need.
