My role as a therapist, coach, or counselor is to be there for you as a caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable person to provide you with the professional support you would need to go through it. Hope you experience less of emotional pain and stress and be able to overcome them.
My approach to therapy is more holistic and integrative model in which I take the whole person including person’s thought, feelings, and behavior, biology, family, culture, spiritual belief, and other factors into consideration while choosing the best effective treatment approach. I also have EMDR training for trauma treatment. I can speak Farsi too.
