It's not always easy to seek support, and you've already taken a courageous step by considering therapy. I believe that entering therapy to improve emotional wellbeing and strengthen relationships can pave the way to a healthy, fulfilling life.
I offer in-person and remote sessions for teens and adults, specializing in depression, anxiety, and trauma. Using an integrative approach I can help you clarify your personal values, break through barriers to change, and build useful skills. In my work with teens I can support with school and behavioral challenges, self esteem, relationships, and more.
