I have experience working with a wide range of clients, from 5 to 85 years of age. I am trained to provide trauma-focused care and I focus on each individuals' strengths to find solutions to various problems. I use an integrated approach to therapy, combining cognitive and behavioral strategies with mindfulness and grounding to help you achieve your goals.
