As a licensed counselor, I am committed to providing quality counseling services to the East TN community and Tennessee virtually. I have been licensed in Tennessee since 2015. I have worked in mental health since 2008. I had the wonderful opportunity from 2012-2016 to work under a licensed psychologist learning the ins and outs of a holistic approach of person centered therapy. Starting in 2016 I opened my own private practice and have been serving solely in that capacity since 2016. I offer faith based services only when asked to do so. I accept people from all walks of life and believe that everyone deserves dignity and respect.
I am comfortable working with individuals, couples, (premarital and married), families, children and teens/college age. I specialize in relationship dynamics, communication and conflict resolution, anxiety and depression, fitness and wellness, nutrition, and spiritual issues and abuse.
I am licensed by the state and also have past certifications in fitness and nutrition. I believe this brings a wealth of knowledge as each individual's wellness is holistic and all areas of our lives affect each other in some way.
