The world we live in is challenging, and our attention is pulled in so many different directions that it is easy to lose touch with our own inner guidance and wisdom. I specialize in recovery in the broadest sense: recovery from grief and loss, substance use disorders (gray area drinking is a particular strength of mine), divorce, illness, life changes, relationships and codependency, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Although your circumstances are unique, I believe the process of recovery is fundamentally similar.
I work with adults, and I specialize in women and women’s issues throughout our lives.
