It can be so hard to be in our experiences of life. For many reasons, we can find ourselves stuck, worried, sad and lost. We can lose our anchors, our values, our meaning and our quality of life. We can experience terrible traumas and struggle in relationships with others and with ourselves. We can lose our capacity to feel agency in our own lives and to stay engaged and curious with our own unique journeys. We do not find our way in isolation. I believe that, in working together, we are better equipped to navigate the journey and to feel good about the direction it takes.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 14 years of experience working with adults, couples, children and families through grief, trauma, anxiety and depression. I am trained in Brainspotting and also specialize in perinatal mental health. I am passionate about helping people move through difficult periods in their lives into connection and meaning.
Whether you have experienced trauma in your past or feel sad, lost or anxious, there is a way to move forward in your life. I know how hard it can be to reach out and, still, I hope you do. I would be honored to help guide you.
