I want to support your child or teen in achieving wholeness and wellness in their day-to-day life! In sessions with me, my goal is that your child/teen will feel heard, valued, and understood. I work with ages 4+ supporting them through issues such as processing grief & loss, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, trauma, and life transitions. No matter the reason for beginning therapy, we will work together to establish goals that fit specifically for their life. I will empower them to build and use healthy coping skills to support them during the challenging moments of life, while also creating healthy habits for daily wellness!
I pride myself in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that my clients can step into on their best days, worst days, and every day in between. My hope is that through our therapeutic relationship, your child or teen will walk away from our sessions feeling as though they were accepted and supported in their goals from the moment they walked in.
