I am deeply inspired by our younger generations and their commitment to equity, authenticity, and self-determination. I work with youth ages 6-24 and - I love my job! Also please note that I conduct ADHD evaluations for youth ages 6-24 if you need that support as well!
My goal is to make sure my clients feel seen for who they are and empowered to use their voice to advocate for their needs. I focus heavily on psychoeducation and getting to know how our brains and bodies work in order to understand and cultivate true wellness. I work for Transform Youth and Family Counseling and I’m looking forward to working with you!
I moved to Oregon in 2023 and brought with me years of experience as an outpatient individual and group counselor, intensive in-home therapist, trauma-focused CBT therapist, an employment specialist and vocational evaluator for individuals with disabilities, and an outdoor adventure therapy facilitator for young adults living with life-threatening illness.
